Subject: Subgroup of the Eupraxia PP all list

Description: We have collected an Eupraxia PP-all-list including all the people connected to the Project in some way ( Legal admin, researchers, directors etc.)
We have then created some subgroups. This in particular is the subgroup that collect all the people interested in receiving admin info on project and belonging to member institutes (no associated partners).
